Shipping policy


How can I change my address?
We process your order as fast as possible. Unfortunately, that also means that you do not have much time to change your address. The best option is to contact us directly by phone, with your order number and your new address ready :)
If you have received your tracking link, you will not be able to change your address through us. Here you have to contact the shipping service directly.

How long does the delivery take?
Our delivery takes between 1-3 working days.

To which countries do you deliver?
We deliver to the following countries at the moment:

  • To all countries in the European Union over EUR 90,-- for free
  • Rest ofd the world on individual rates (you find the exact rate with the check-out)

My package is shown as delivered, but I did not get anything.
If your package has been delivered according to the tracking link, but you have not received anything, it is best to contact the delivery service immediately.
Sometimes there is an error in their system and the problem is solved immediately. If this is not the case, we advise you to initiate an investigation.
The package will officially be reported as missing. You are welcome to send us these documents and we will help you to get your goods as soon as possible.

What do I do if my package is damaged or I receive a wrong product?
If you have received a damaged delivery, we are very sorry. Please contact us via e-mail to info@tinystories.nl. To speed up the process, please send us the following information:

  • List of damaged products
  • Photo of the damage or the wrongly received product
  • Your order number

I'm missing products.
If you have received an incomplete delivery, we are very sorry.
First of all we recommend that you check if you have two tracking links in your account. Sometimes we have to send the products in separate packages. Maybe the rest of your order is already around the corner :)
If you only have one tracking link to your order and you are still missing things, please contact us via e-mail to info@tinystories.nl. To speed up the process, please send us the following information:

  • Which products are missing?
  • Your order number

How do I track my order?
To track your order, you can simply get an update on your user account under “my orders”. If your parcel is already on the way, you will receive a tracking link via email.
It can happen that the delivery status does not change immediately. The best thing is if you have a little patience here. It may be that it did not fit on the first truck during a pickup or is processed more slowly because of a public holiday.
If your link is not update for 3 days, please contact us.
The best way to do this is to send us your order number by e-mail and we will investigate it for you.

My package has not moved for 2 days. Is that normal?

With which shipping company/service do you deliver?
We use different delivery services for different countries. With your order confirmation you will see, which company will deliver your tinystories art.

How much are the shipping costs?
Delivery costs vary according to country, sizes and weight. You will see the exact amount you have to pay in your basket before check out. In the European Union we offer a free shipping for orders over EUR 90,--.
